Floral Lavender Lemonade Spritz with Vodka and Prosecco is the ultimate summer cocktail—light, bubbly, and infused with homemade lavender syrup. Perfect for garden parties, brunch, or a refreshing floral drink on warm days.
Fresh culinary lavender sprigs or edible flowersfor garnish
For the Lavender Simple Syrup:
½cupwater
½cupgranulated sugar
1tbspdried culinary lavender buds
Instructions
Make the Lavender Syrup:
In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 20–30 minutes. Strain and cool completely.
Mix the Base:
In a pitcher, combine 1 cup fresh lemonade with ¼ cup of the cooled lavender syrup. Stir well.
Prepare the Glasses:
Fill four serving glasses with ice. If using vodka or gin, pour 1 oz into each glass.
Assemble the Spritz:
Pour about 2 oz of the lemonade-lavender mixture into each glass. Top with 2 oz prosecco (or to taste). Add a splash of soda water if desired for more fizz.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish each drink with a lemon slice and a fresh lavender sprig or edible flower. Serve immediately.
