Hi, I’m Kenshah Kikuyu!
Welcome to Kitchen & Garden, my little corner of the internet where I share my passion for creating food that is both incredibly delicious and genuinely good for you.
Like many people, my journey with food wasn’t a straight line. For years, I thought that “healthy eating” meant boring salads, complicated recipes, and giving up everything I loved. I felt stuck between wanting to feel energetic and vibrant, and the reality of a busy life that left little time for complex meal prep.
My “aha!” moment came from a surprisingly simple place: my own small garden.
I discovered that a sun-ripened tomato, a handful of fresh herbs, or a sweet berry picked right off the vine needed very little to be extraordinary. This simple realization transformed my entire approach. I started focusing not on what to cut out, but on what to add in: fresh ingredients, powerful nutrients, and a lot of flavors.
I created Kitchen & Garden to share this discovery and to be the resource I wish I’d had when I started.
